My clinical approach
I base my practice on an intersectional feminist approach, centered on openness, the integration of individual strengths and empathy. I encourage collaborative work while respecting the pace and limits of each person. During my meetings, I practice active listening, putting forward compassion and respect for the uniqueness of each individual. I accompany my clients on their journey towards a better understanding of themselves and their relationships. My goal is to create a therapeutic environment where trust and communication are at the heart of the process.
Recently, my personal experience with primary tokophobia has allowed me to understand the need for awareness and support for this little-known issue. I am currently pursuing the mission of developing my field of expertise in perinatal mental health, in order to better support people who live with the impacts of primary or secondary tokophobia on a daily basis, whether they are pregnant or not.
